Es importante tomar medidas cuando un codigo no funciona
Cuando un codigo no funciona pueden ser varios factores, ( IMEI mal escrito, no leer las recomendaciones, etc, ... )
En caso que si realmente el codigo no funciona se envia a verificacion y en la mayoria de los casos se solicita un video de prueba
Aqui las recomendaciones para saber como enviar un video:
EN CASO QUE EL CODIGO ESTE ERRONEO:
Usar una buena cámara en lo posible de video no de celular, digitar *#06# y que se vea claro el imei en la filmación luego ingresar el código y grabar hasta cuando el celular indique que realmente el código es erróneo. Una vez realizado el video subirlo a (www.youtube.com) y después pasar el link del video a (baseunlock@gmail.com), el video debe de ser subido el mismo día. Solo de esta forma se podrá comprobar que usted nos ha dicho la verdad y su dinero y/o créditos serán restaurados.
NOTA:
1- la grabación debe ser dirigida directamente al equipo.
2- El imei y el codigo anotarlo en un papel en blanco para que se vea claro
